Hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday during the academic year.

Appointments are preferred as staff can prepare materials prior to a researcher's visit.

Hours may differ depending on limited staffing and in-person and virtual meetings.

The mission of the Robert T. Ramsay, Jr. Archival Center is to support the mission of Wabash College by collecting, preserving, promoting, and making accessible records and materials that document the history of the College. In addition, the Ramsay Archival Center contributes to faculty and student research and instruction.

The digital collection includes select items from the Wabash College Black Oral History Project Collection held by the Wabash College Robert T. Ramsay, Jr. Archival Center. The oral histories are divided into two series in the physical collection: Wabash and the Black Experience and Crawfordsville and the Black Experience. Audio recordings and transcripts of interviews from both series are included in this digital collection along with correspondence and documents detailing the planning and organization of the project over its five-year period.
