Following registration, you have unlimited access to the NYTimes.com website with current plus historical content since 1851. You may also use the NY Times smartphone / iPad app from any location using your email address as your username.
Register for NY Times Access as a New User
To register for New York Times Access:
1) Follow this link to complete your one-time registration.
2) Sign up for your account.
3) Upon completion, your account is registered for one year.
Already have an account?
If you already have a NY Times account as a non-paying registered user, click "Log in here" and you are ready to use the service.
