HOW TO ENABLE BORROWING HISTORY

Sign in to My Account

Look for the "Sign in" link in the top bar of the library catalog.

Sign in using your campus username and password.

Go to Your Profile Page

Once signed in, click the "My Account" dropdown (top right) and select the "Profile" link.

Enable Borrowing History

On your profile page, look for the "Borrowing history" section and click the toggle to enable borrowing history.

 

Once enabled, the library catalog system will begin recording your borrowing history.  Any item returned while borrowing history is enabled will move from the "Checkouts" tab in My Account to the "Borrowing history" tab.

NOTE: Materials checked out via interlibrary loan are tracked under the "Requests" tab.

 

View Your Borrowing History

Once borrowing history has been enabled, you will be able to view your borrowing history by clicking on the "Borrowing history" tab in My Account.

NOTE:  Enabling borrowing history is not retroactive.  Only items returned after borrowing history has been turned on will appear in your borrowing history.

How to Delete Your Borrowing History

If you wish to delete your borrowing history, return to your profile in My Account and select the toggle under the borrowing history section.  This will delete your borrowing history from My Account.

**This cannot be undone.**

If you wish to turn borrowing history back on, simply follow the steps above again.

NOTE: Deleting your borrowing history will not delete your transaction history which is stored separately in the integrated library system.  This data will be maintained and is accessible by library staff.
