How do I know what the Library owns?
Our Library catalog includes books, course reserves, print/electronic journals, US Government Documents, CDs, DVDs and other media in Lilly Library and rare books in the Archives.
Where are the physical collections located?
The Library's collections and services are spread across four floors. Use the library maps page to determine what is located where.
How are physical collections organized?
With the exception of Bound Periodicals, collection material is organized by the Library of Congress (LC) classification system. Floor maps tell you the location of call number ranges on each floor, and individual call numbers guide you to the items' shelf location. Use the range finder attached at the top of each row's end panel to determine which side of the row contains the item you seek.
How do I borrow material from the Library?
The Front Desk is the place to check out items. You must have a valid Wabash College ID to borrow library material. Loan lengths are based on your borrower type (student, staff, or faculty) and material type.
